MNCs and News Channels’ hand in implicating H. H. Asaram Bapu – Arun Ramteerthkar

Solapur (Maharashtra) : H. H. Asaram Bapu has helped many seekers to get rid of their addictions. H. H. Bapu has come out with many ‘Ayurvedic’ medicines on various ailments which have led to decrease in sales of products like liquor, tobacco, cigarette etc. manufactured by foreign and Indian companies. These multinational companies have therefore, hatched a plot to defame H. H. Bapu by making baseless allegations against him and they are joined by 9 news channels. The above accusation was made by Shri. Arun Ramteerthkar, a senior journalist during a press conference held here. H. H. Asaram Bapu Seva Mandal’s Shri. Ramesh Kulkarni, Sadashiv Bedage, Akash Shirate, Dadasaheb Mane and Kanta Patil, Sharmila Sachdev etc. were present on the occasion.

Shri. Ramteerthkar said further, “Action has been taken against H. H. Bapu under ‘POCSO’ Act so that he does not get bail. There is no mention of H. H. Bapu raping a girl student in the FIR filed against him; it only mentions about teasing. There is likelihood of bribe worth millions of rupees given for making such accusations. The girl in question made no noise when the incident occurred and kept quiet for next 5 days which leads to suspicion. It seems as if money was given and the person was forced to lodge a complaint. Behaviour of Sevak Bholanand earlier working with H. H Bapu was not good; therefore, he had been driven out of the ashram. The same Bholanand had buried dead bodies of 3 children in H. H. Bapu’s ashram at Jammu. The above news has been published by few TV channels. Allegations against H. H. Bapu have not been proved in police investigations. H. H. Bapu is being defamed by making baseless accusations without any proof.
